Job Description

Calling all digital marketing experts with Google Shopping experience Are you looking for the opportunity thats going to let you fly Are you ambitious, tenacious and obsessed with driving optimised growth Do you want to work for a high growth international brand thats about to kickstart its next leap of growthIf so keep reading and dont miss the boat. Role Overview:The Digital Marketing Executive supports all paid and unpaid online media activity (paid search, affiliates, organic search). This is a hands on role requiring a driven and quick-learning individual to plan, implement and optimise PPC and Shopping advertising campaigns. This role will also support the implementation of Paid Social, Affiliate and SEO activities.Core responsibilities:

  1. A) Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing:
  • Plan, optimise and implement paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic to our clients websites
  • Delivery of paid search strategy to ensure growth in sessions and transactions
  • Ensure integration with other marketing channels through promoting the latest promotional offers and supporting product launches
  • Manage regular reporting to key internal stakeholders against key KPIs and suggest optimisation improvements
  • Regular analysis of extensive data sets to identify new paid media trends, opportunities and market changes
  • Ensure all campaigns are up to date with latest stocked products via product feeds to ensure maximum visibility across the different paid media channels
  • Working closely with international teams to provide day to day support
  • Ensure the latest technology is rolled out across our platforms
    1. B) Google Shopping:
  • Optimisation of paid search shopping campaigns, product feeds and product inventory data to maximise Traffic/ROAS/Revenue through Google Shopping, Bing Shopping and other relevant shopping channels.
  • Management of product inventories and bidding strategies to maximise Traffic/ROAS/Revenue across shopping comparison sites.
  • Ensure the latest shopping technology is rolled out across our platforms
    1. C) Paid Social:
  • Develop and build new paid campaigns across Social Media channels.
  • Ensuring compliance with our clients best practice guidelines
  • Support the delivery of the Paid Social strategy
  • Regular analysis to identify new opportunities and channels
    1. D) Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
  • Ensuring compliance with latest search engine best practice guidelines (e.g. Google Webmaster guidelines)
  • Support and deliver of strategic work plans for SEO
  • Regular analysis to identify new SEO trends, opportunities and markets
  • Keyword research to support all product categories and business areas
  • Assisting with content creation and optimisation
  • Conducting regular website audits across international markets
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in an online marketing environment
  • Experience working with PPC and Google Shopping - essential
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large sets of data
  • Experience managing large monthly budgets
  • Ability to identify and create new revenue and session opportunities
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts across all levels of the company
  • Ability to write enticing ad copy
  • Deliver on objectives and goals while keeping to specified budget
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Shopping, Google Ad-words, Bing Ads, Affiliate Marketing and Facebook Advertising.
  • A degree in marketing, mathematics or similar is not necessary but is an advantage
  • Competencies:
  • Stay at forefront of online marketing developments
  • Research, understand and deliver the latest best practice, use of tools and analytical thinking
  • Create and deliver business cases for new areas of investment
  • Identify market opportunities and support team in creating innovative approaches
  • Create and lead training sessions for online and broader marketing teams
  • Be able to maintain good relationships with external suppliers
  • The successful candidate may be asked to help with any other online marketing activities as and when required. Required skills
