Customer Service Administrator sought by award winning international business. You willl be joining a friendly, well organised team and performing a very varied role in which no two days are the same.Dealing with a wide range of customers in the UK and Ireland which span end users, wholesalsers, retailers, architects, hotels and more, on a raft of matters relating to the company’s stylish and well designed products, the Customer Service Administratorwill handle enquiries via telephone, e-mail and company website pertaining to pricing/availability, general product enquiries, complaints, order tracking, warranty matters. You will pass orders received to the Order Administration team for processing.We seek a Customer Service Administrator with demonstrable experience in the provision of optimum levels of customer service via telephone and e-mail and you will need to be someone who is firmly committed to providing complete customer satisfaction.Your strong communication, administrative and organisational skills are augmented by good problem solving skills and you are a team player who communicates easily with other departments as required. Excellent time management and prioritising skills alsorequired.The post offers scope for hybrid working after initial training, 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, discretionary annual bonus, staff discount on the company’s beautiful products, study support and other innovative benefits.
