Job Description

We have an exciting position available for an experienced Business Manager to join an extremely reputable, family-run design SME. This company is based in Moreton in Marsh, however this is a home based position covering the South. You willlook after a base of existing businesses based in and around Birmingham, London, Wales and Portsmouth. This role will be predominantly external visits to existing customers within the trade sectors, with up to 2 days per week manning the London showroom.This is a very exciting time to join as the business is expanding. This business designs and manufactures high end furniture for corporate settings. They have showrooms based in London and New York.Key duties and responsibilities...

  • Assisting customers/potentials with prices, quotations, images & product specs.
  • Calls/emails.
  • Recording all live projects &following up.
  • Monitoring & keeping contact with top spenders/arranging regular visits.
  • Arranging appointments with new and existing clients.
  • Visiting existing trade sector clients new & old
  • Assisting clients in the London showroom.
  • Assisting at Trade Exhibitions & customer events
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Benefits
  • Salary- £60,000- £70,000 basic
  • Company car or car allowance
  • OTE- £20,000- £30,000
  • Work from home
  • Hours- Mon-Fri 7am-4.30pm
