Michelle Denny Recruitment is thrilled to be working with the prestigious and award-winning Rhino Greenhouses Direct in the search for a Sales & Service Advisor to join their highly successful team located in East Harling, Norfolk. This role offers flexibilityin the number of 8-hour workdays per week, ranging from a minimum of two days to a maximum of five. Plus, there is the exclusive chance to participate in at least three prominent garden shows across the UK including, the Chelsea Flower Show! Basic salary of£25k + performance related Bonus/commissionThis incredibly flexible position is designed to enhance your work life balance, blending the expertise of a non-targeted soft sales role with administrative responsibilities and the opportunity to represent the company at renowned external events acrossthe UK.Key Responsibilities:·Welcoming and guiding customers who visit the company’s show site.·Managing customer enquiries both email and phone, including importing and processing orders.·Supporting customers with their after-care service from purchase to delivery/installation.·Handling general service enquiries including, spare parts requests, repairs and guarantees.·Collaboration and support to other teams within the organisation.·Responsible for the confirmation of deliveries, invoicing and taking payments.·General admin duties including processing requests for brochures and follow ups.·Promoting company products whilst attending garden show events across the UK.You will have:·Experience ideally within retail, sales or hospitality and have a love for dealing with the general public.·An outgoing personality who will deliver high level customer service with the ability to promote company products and meet customer needs.·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an organised approach.·Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite with administration experience with an ability to have the accuracy to input and process orders online.·A willingness to participate in corporate events, which could mean overnight stays.Full or part time with a basic salary of £25k + performance related bonus/commission, with a requirement to work 1 in 3 weekends (Sun – usually remote work) with time off in lieu during the week.If you have a bubbly outgoing nature from the retail, hospitality or customer service sector, the flexibility to be able to stay away very occasionally, you will benefit from the option to make this a full or part time role.
