Reed are delighted to be representing our client in their search for a temporary Facilities Management Helpdesk Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service/ administrator to work for busy maintenance and security company near Attleborough. Although the role is initially a temporary position, there is scope for the role to continue into a permanent opportunity depending on performance and current events.The job will involve enduring the department is kept running efficiently by helping to deal with external and internal queries from customers, potential clients, and other staff. You will also be responsible for providing general support to the Operations Team.The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1700. The hourly rate starts at £9 per hour, but this is flexible depending on prior experience.Responsibilities:• First point of contact for clients• Answering and responding queries via email, phone, verbal and other means.• Allocating engineers to emergency call out situations• Co-ordinate and progress call outs.• Arrange service schedules• Using the Vehicle Tracker to identify engineers in closest most effective location to ensure customer is responded adequately• Co-ordinate and process engineer generated documentation, including time and fuel sheets and remedial sheets.Must be able to work to deadlines and have good timekeeping/managementIdeal Experience
