Management Opportunity!Are you a Registered/Service Manager or Deputy looking for your next challenge If so, we are currently recruiting for our client in Haringey who have a 4-bed service for sensory impaired females, aged 30-50 years old, with learning disabilities and associatedbehaviours that challenge.We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to join the established team, providing support for 4 individuals.Our benefits

About you

You will have significant, recent experience at a front-line management level in field of learning disabilities in regulated services
You will have knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to adults with learning disabilities, CQC regulations and Health and Safety issues.
You need to hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or hold a level 3 diploma and be willing to undertake this level 5

You will have the ability to lead and manage people and be a role model in all aspects of people leadership especially performance
