If you want to be part of a dynamic and high performing team where you can help make a difference in improving peoples lives, then this could be an ideal opportunity.We are looking to recruit a Reception Administrator to work at Homes for Haringeys head office at 48 Station Road in Wood Green. You may be asked to work at various locations if successful, as due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, this office is currently shut. This may be at Broadwater Lodge, which is a hostel for families who have become homeless.The Reception Administrator has a varied workload including the provision of an effective, secure and welcoming environment for residents. They are responsible for managing the reception service including dealing with general enquiries, booking in procedures, dealing with anti-social behaviour and emergency solutions.Reception Administrators act as a point of contact between residents and Homes for Haringey Services. Reception Administrators provide advice and information and help to ensure vulnerable residents receive appropriate support.About youExperience in housing or a similar role is helpful but not essential as full training will be given. We are more interested in individuals with a talent for customer service, an ability to organise their own workload to meet targets and a commitment to teamwork.It is important that you are a strong communicator and possess excellent verbal and written skills.Experience and Knowledge
