About the companyLocal Lets London Ltd is a small property investment/lettings company based in North London. We’ve been managing properties for 18 months and due to expansion we require someone to join our friendly team.Main roleManagement of a portfolio of multi-let properties in the North London area.Key tasksKeep adverts up to dateBook and attend viewingsMove tenants in/out and complete all contracts and paper work associatedLiaise with company managersCollect meter readingsQuarterly house inspectionsGeneral office tasksQualifications required:No formal qualifications needed but a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential. On job training will be provided with the possibility of studying for an ARLA qualification.Successful candidate will ideally have:A car and a clean drivers licence.Ability to work on own initiative and alongside remote managers.Excellent telephone and people skills.Good attention to detail and accuracy skills.Computer literacy, e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel.Capable of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.Ability to resolve problems.Honest, reliable and friendly personality.Ability to work from home with own computer, printer/scanner/copier.Working Hours:Must be available 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday to answer mobile/emails. However the work is part time as and when required, on average only 20 hours per week. Some days will be busy, other days there may be no work to do.Wage:£11 per hour plus a profit share bonus when room prices are increased.This is a self employed position.
