Job Description

Salary: SO1 - PO1 (£29,766 - £34,794)Location: Haringey, North LondonContract: Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months, Full-timeHours: 36 hours per weekAbout the roleAre you a focused and organised individual with a desire to work in a finance environment Are you experienced in using data systems and dealing with customer queriesWe are looking for a Leasehold Services Officer to join our Leasehold Team to undertake calculation, billing and recovery of all types of leasehold service charges. This role will see you deal with disputes and complex queries whilst providing first rate service to our customers; offering advice when needed.You will be working within a highly passionate and approachable team with a highly varied workload. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career within Leasehold Services and every opportunity is given to help develop your skills.About youThis post is suitable for graduates and experienced candidates alike. This is a key role within the Directorate and requires close working with other colleagues to ensure our leasehold debt is recovered in a timely and appropriate manner.To qualify for this vacancy, you will need to have experience of working in a customer service role and have an ability to work to set timescales. Some knowledge and experience of leasehold management is also required. We are looking for a proactive individual that possesses strong communication skills and can liaise with various individuals (stakeholders and residents).
