Job Description

Live Out Housekeeper / Carer jobOur client is looking for a kind, caring, discreet Housekeeper/companion to help them out. The couple are moving into their newly refurbished home in Highgate, N.London and are looking to also employ some additional staff, so you will be a small team of 4 providing 7 day cover. The couple have a 4 year old daughter but mum takes care of her full time.Mum is around, the daughter will be at school and dad works out at his office weekday afternoons. The gentleman is in a wheelchair and has a speech impediment and you will need to help him with day to day tasks if required (Mum will usually be around to help).Other duties will include:

  • Modern house- care of high end clothing and furniture
  • Cleaning, laundry and ironing
  • Help with food prep
  • Help gentleman get ready for bed
    • The ideal candidate will be warm, experienced and looking for longevity. You will become part of the family. You must have a good understanding of technology for the new house and to occasionally help the gentleman in put information into his I-pad.If you have basic carer experience that would be a bonus!House: Large family homeHours: Monday - Friday (Ideally one day at the weekend too), 2.00pm/3.00pm - 9.20pmSalary: £14 gross per hourStart: ASAPVacancy Number: 88555Please note, applicants will be required to attend a preliminary registration interview with Greycoat Lumleys before they can be put forward for our jobs.
