Salary: Off Scale (£60k - £70k)Location: Haringey, North LondonContract: Permanent, Full-timeHours: 36 hours per weekAbout the roleOur housing management services are changing as we embark on an ambitious programme focusing on delivering excellent customer services that reflect the changing environment. To support this change we are recruiting a head of income management and leasehold services.Reporting to the Executive Director of Housing Management, you will drive the delivery of our income management function by developing high performing and highly motivated teams to optimise income collection across all tenures and within a rapidly changing and challenging environment. This role also leads our services to leaseholders so you will need to demonstrate an up to date understanding of leaseholders’ needs and a commitment and ability to ensuring our services represent good value for money.About you To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong leader with a track record of successfully implementing new and creative solutions that maximise performance and deliver great outcomes for tenants and leaseholders. You will have already achieved excellent income collection performance in the social housing sector and developed strong partnerships with agencies, councils and partner landlords that have improved the financial health of tenants and leaseholders.In return we are offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop a key department whilst making a huge impact on the future of the organisation.
