This role provides high quality project management, performance monitoring, system development, customer care, administrative and support services to the Estates & Neighbourhood Services Team, ensuring the service continuously improves and strives for excellence in all areas.You will be working alongside the whole of the Estates & Neighbourhood Services team to improve the way we manage and maintain the communal areas on our estates and in our blocks. With the aim of ensuring Homes for Haringey estates receive excellent service and value for money from all providers both internally and externally.About youWe are looking for a strategic and effective individual who can manage and prioritise their own workload whilst utilising a range of skills to deliver high quality work consistently under pressure. The individual must demonstrate a sympathetic understanding of the needs of our customers in all their work, including an awareness of the needs of disadvantaged, vulnerable and/or minority groups.The ideal candidate will demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience of improvement work and administrative duties.
