Job Description

Community children’s Occupational Therapist Locum BARNET, ENFIELD AND HARINGEY MENTAL HEALTH NHS TRUST

  • Band 6 (but 5 or 7 also considered)
  • Part Time or Full Time considered
  • To provide individual assessment and treatment to caseload of allocated children (allocation will be within therapists available skill set)
  • To work with mainstream ASD, LD, DCD, downs syndrome, mild phy dys children and depending on experience complex phys dys
  • Community post: clinic, community sites, school and home visits. Though may include Special School if the right experience.
  • May include running some group sessions
  • Location: Cedar House, St Michaels Site, Gater Drive, Enfield, EN2 0JB easy reach of Hertfordshire and central london (train from Moorgate/Finsbury Park/Highbury & Islington to Gordon Hill or Liverpool street Station to Enfield Town)
  • Start asap for 3 months initially but likely to extend
Requirements
  • Locum To have experience working in Children’s Occupational therapy
  • Agency must be a trusted agency provider with North Middlesex University Trust
