We are a well established KFC franchise business; currently operating 20 restaurants. We are looking for an experienced Book Keeper to join our team. The job is very varied, fast paced and you will work alongside the Accounts team.The key responsiblities include:- Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the companies incl cash reconcilation-Responsible for the Sage entries, including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.-Responsible for assisting our accountants on payroll, including administering the NEST Workplace Pension Scheme. •-Working on the quarterly VAT returns for the companies alongside our accountant. •-Assisting with invoicing, orders-Liaising with our finance team to help prepare cash flow forecasts where required-Help prepare the end of year accounts for our accountants for the companies and the Foundation. Person specificationExperience in:•Stable work record• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel• Experience in Sage.• Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA or CIMA), or strong experience as a bookkeeper.The job offers the opportunity to develop a long term career with a growing company.
