Job Description

A permanent opportunity as an Archiving Administrator supporting a well-known and prominent West End law firm with branches across London.Archiving Administrator Responsibilities:* Creating and maintaining a record of all client deeds and closed files using our legal case management system and Microsoft Excel to ensure that files are easily traced* Keeping the storage area where deeds and archive boxes are kept organised and arrange weekly archive box collections to keep the office tidy* Making requests to retrieve archived files stored off site when necessary and updating internal records* Liaising with the receptionists to arrange the transfer or delivery of deeds and files stored at the Hampstead and Highgate offices* Keeping the Office Manager up to date on the box collections and asking for guidance on how to store files most efficiently where necessaryArchiving Administrator Essentials:* Minimum 1 year of office administration experience* Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities* Comfortable working 5 days in an office* Problem-solving and decision-making skills* An excellent communicator, both verbal and written* Highly organised with a pro-active working style* Being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quicklyIf you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
