Lettings Property Manager - Bristol - £25kMy client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for over 20 years. A rare opportunity for a Property Manager to join their team has arisen and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role:
