Job Description

Employer description:2c Services are a Private Cloud Hosting Company who provide IT systems and support to external customer.Overview:We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:

  • First point to contact via phone or email to customers
  • Ensure that requests for assistance are responded to in a timely manner according to agreed SLAs
  • Diagnose and resolve problems accurately making sure they are logged correctly and either closed successfully or escalated appropriately to 2nd Line support teams
  • Undertake any work as required by a busy IT Support team

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Entry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSEs:
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSEs grade A-C in any other subject
You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.Find out more here: https://Qualifications/UKQRS/Default.aspxWorking week:Monday to Friday, 8am5pm - 1 hour lunch,40 hours a week.Company perks:
