Halcyon are working closely with a nationally recognised charity, in their search for a Head of Childrens Residential services, to oversee a portfolio of homes across the Midlands. This role is a brand new, exciting opportunity and it comes as the organisationhave recently restructured their senior team and are now looking for a senior manager with experience in multi-site management and Ofsted regulations, to join them and give direct oversight of the running of multiple homes, ensuring they are consistently managedto the highest standards possible.This specialist organisation has been a pillar in the social care sector for over 50 years, providing all varieties of care and support to both adults and children, through multiple different provisions and bespoke packages. Childrens residential serviceshas been an integral sector for the organisation, since opening their first home over 20 years ago. Now, nearly 2 decades on, this award winning provider pride themselves on their therapeutic care deliver throughout their services and are looking for a seniorcare professional that shares the same visions and ethoss they do.As this role involves working closely with managers and local authorities, it is integral that you have been a Registered manager previously in a Childrens residential service. You are expected to have a sound understanding of Ofsted and safeguarding regulations,as you will be providing operational and direct support to Registered Managers and different staff teams throughout your geographical patch.In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a salary of £52,000, coupled with a generous benefits package and holiday allowance.
