Are you a CIMA or ACCA Part Qualified Accountant in the market for a new permanent role and have strong all round management & financial accountancy experienceAre you an excellent communicator & relationship builder, an effective "trouble-shooter" with a flexible attitude happy to get involved at all levels of finance workLive locally to the Hampton area and interested in a new, exciting varied and challenging role working for a very friendly, ambitious and supportive local businessOur client is a dedicated independent services company with new offices situated in Hampton.This well established friendly and highly professional organisation currently has an opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant to undertake an extremely rewarding varied & challenging role offering a unique variety of job duties and a chance to assista dynamic and welcoming accounts department at their new offices in Hampton and a summary of the variety of financial accounting, management accounting and other finance related activities are summarised below:-Support the FD with the preparation of monthly management accounts for the Group.Assist with preparation of Management Accounts and Board Report for Group companies to FD review, including balance sheet reconciliations and all other supporting schedules.Preparation of annual budget for the Group.Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit process.Maintain nominal ledgersPreparation and input of journals, production of accounts and analysisCommission review.Month end invoicing to customers.Weekly debtor lists Inc monitoring of aged creditorsMaintaining up to date cash flow forecastPosting bank transactionsBank reconciliation.Collecting customer paymentsCollection of debts and payment of suppliers.Cash allocationManage collection proceedings through collection agents/solicitors and court system.Daily bankingApplications for this unique opportunity are particularly invited from ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified Accountant and are looking for a varied and challenging temporary/contract role with potential long term potential.As well as strong financial & management accounting ability 1st class customer service & communication skills will also be essential for this role as well good knowledge of MS Office especially Word & Excel.InterestedIf you are an articulate and dedicated Part Qualified Accountant seeking a role in a dynamic ambitious company then we would like to hear from you.Please forward your CV NOW for further details and consultation.
