Job Description

Water is essential to life, so our business is always open.What you will be doingWorking under the direction of the Principal Engineers the role will be part of the intelligent client Thames Water needs to be able to achieve its AMP7 ambitions and beyond. Focusing on the Engineering discipline the role will provide the expertise neededto:

  • Get the right technical requirements from the Project Definition Briefs and maximise value by understanding risks and providing mitigation.
  • Input and continuously improve Technical Asset Standards
  • Provide Design sign-off between Asset Management and Capital Delivery as the Delivery Stream dictates
  • Provide Technical assurance during the delivery, commissioning, and handover of Assets
Were looking for you to
  • Engineering HNC or HND / Degree with 1-year post-qualification experience in an operational or delivery environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Skills in ICA, HV/LV Electrical, Mechanical, civil or process engineering.
  • Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software
