Job Description

Team Leader- Adult Social Care- Hammersmith and FulhamAre you a passionate, dedicated Team Leader looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Team Leader to join the Adult Social Care Team based in Hammersmith and Fulham.Umbrella Pay- £27.83 per hourTemporary role- 3 months initiallyRota basis(full time) - 36 hrs/week - Office basedThe role:

  • A team lead in a Educational, Health and Well-being Centre.
  • Staff supervision of 6 including kitchen staff, receptionist staff and sessional workers.
  • To deliver excellent support to vulnerable adults including adults with autism, Dementia physical and learning disabilities.
  • To take full operational responsibility in absence of the service manager.
  • To support the manager to ensure systems and procedures are in place to ensure smooth running of the health and wellbeing centre.
  • To support the management of delegated budgets.
  • To assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of appropriate activities for Residents.
Requirements:
  • Experienced working with residents with a Learning Disability, Autism, Physical Disabilities, Dementia, challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent leadership skills proven in a similar role.
  • Minimum level 3 Health and Social care qualification
  • To be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
