Their commercial operations are based in Hammersmith and they have a factory in Somerset.Job DescriptionTo support Andros growth, they are now seeking a Commercial Controller strong Grocery experience, to focus on Bonne Maman chilled Desserts and Yoghurts.Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a newly created role managing a portfolio of customers with a team of five

Manage and develop a team of 5 NAMs & NAEs and oversee the performance of sales team members to ensure sales targets are met
Develop and implement effective sales strategies with the Commercial Director for the chilled, branded range
Build and maintain strong relationships with key grocery clients
Ensure administration tasks, CRM and day-to-day client relationships are managed smoothly
Collaborate with colleagues in marketing/category/supply/ product development/finance
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance

The Successful ApplicantA successful Grocery Controller should have:

Proven experience of working in chilled, branded goods in the UK FMCG market
Must have a working knowledge of UK grocery
Strong leadership, team management and client relationship skills
Ability to understand the brand vision and adapt to its ways
Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive proactive attitude and likes to "roll up their sleeves" and work as an integral part of a team, whatever the activity.
Have a natural curiosity and not be afraid to make quick, impactful decisions
Must be able to be in West London a minimum of 3 days a week

A competitive salary range of £90,000 - £100,000 per year
£6.6k car allowance
20% bonus
