Job Description

Job Title: Multi-TraderLocation: HammersmithSalary: £28-£30k per annumWe are looking for 6 Multi-Trade Operatives to work in Hammersmith and surrounding areas.

  • Have the ability and skills to multi trade with the experience of carpentry, plumbing, wet trade, decorating and external works, ideally with a qualification within one of these trades.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to a high standard, right first time and within the given time period.
  • Be committed, punctual, reliable and flexible.
  • Strong organisational skills, including material ordering, multitasking and time management.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and to work on their own.
  • Have Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
  • Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA and email IT equipment to record job information.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
    • The responsibilities for the Multi Trade Operative role will include:
  • Effecting repairs to our clients stock during the hours of 08.00-20.00 Monday to Friday.
  • Be available on a rota basis to cover out of hours (additional recompense).
  • Effectively communicating pertinent information to relevant parties including tenants, the Supervisor and Call Centre and where appropriate the client’s representatives and tenants.
    • Company van, mobile and fuel card will be provided. Required skills
