You will teach courses in community locations,working with skills and education colleagues across West London College, local County Councils as well as with partner organisations.We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a successful track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our growth.As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be activelyinvolved in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and counselling of students. You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with WestLondon College.
