Marketing and Projects Coordinator

Our client is a growing MLM company that are currently expanding their team across Europe and looking to bring on a Marketing and Projects Co-ordinator to their team.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a creative eye and ability to adapt to new processes as required. The person chosen will help with the creation/adaptation of every-day processes to increase team efficiency, will need to be fluent in the French language and have strong interpersonal skills. As day-to-day responsibilities may vary, it will be fundamental that there is a willingness to grow with the company and learn new skills every day.This job role is flexible in the sense that, as the individual demonstrates strong skills in different areas, there is an opportunity for growth and development in different areas of the business.. Working closely with other departments, this role will support and ensure all assets leaving the European Corporate office are of the highest standards, and will also support the Senior Marketing Manager in projects as required.Key Duties and Responsibilities:• Project Maintenanceo Creation/adaptation of every day Marketing processeso Collaboration with team members for improvement of said processes• Translationso Ensure consistency in translations when requiredo Aid with translations for Facebook, Emails or other Marketing assets if required• Email Marketingo Drafting French email marketing campaigns as requiredo Proof-reading and support in management of translations for multiple marketso Evaluation of email marketing campaigns• Market Assistanceo Provide Marketing support to French-speaking markets by analysing and creating marketing campaigns directed at such countrieso Overtime develop a personal presence with French markets• Online platform managemento Aid in the management of French online platformso Provide assistance with Content Management Systems, specially (but not limited to) when it related to French-speaking markets• Eventso Support in the development of communications for eventso Support team in the delivery of major events, including presence as events if required• Other reasonable duties as assigned.The Successful candidate must:• Qualification in Marketing/Project Management/Communications• 1-2 years in a similar role, with hands on experience of management of projects in a Marketing environment.• Digital acumen; with detailed understanding of social media functionality, CRM and email management, digital marketing strategy• Confident communicator, excellent written and verbal English and French (native level);• Self-starter and used to working in a fast-paced environment• Strong organizational skills and technical knowledge, with ability to multitask and high level of attention to detailApplicable after Probation Period (3-months):• Aviva Pension Scheme with a contribution of 8% (3% employer and 5% employee contributions).• Monthly allowance in products, for personal use.• Access to Travel Program (allow employees to book hotels, cruises, car rental, flights and activities at discounted rates).• Gym Reimbursement of up to £20 / month.• Quarterly Wellness Bonus (£96/quarter).• Employee Bonus Program.
