Our client, a national housing maintenance contractor based in the South East, currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Contract Manager to join their housing maintenance division.This role will be on a new, long term partnering framework. You will be responsible managing a team of supervisors and engineers delivering refurbishment and maintenance works to Plant rooms and HIUs. You will also be responsible for smaller reactive works such as radiator repairs and wet works. Your team will consist of a supervisor a team of 6 engineers and office staff.Within the role, you will be tasked with driving your team forward to deliver works to the correct standard, attending progress meetings with clients, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered too by your team and ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
