We have exciting plans to continue growing and we’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Associate Solutions Engineerto be part of this growth!As our Associate Solutions Engineer and key member of our sales organisation, you are responsible for ensuring high quality engagement activity with our customers and prospects, supporting in our revenue generation. You will help NAVEX’s customers realisethe value of our fully integrated platform of risk and compliance solutions and services. In partnership with our sales professionals, you will support NAVEX’s sales methodology, ensure that all parties understand project deliverables and exceed customerexpectations.We Offer You:

What You Will Do:
  • Leverage and apply your acquired industry knowledge to support the sales process for NAVEX’s fully integrated platform of risk and compliance solutions and services
  • Conduct pre-sales and business development activities, such as managing customer RFP business requirements to detail solution scope and fit
  • Support the Sales Solutions Team with needs assessment in solution scoping process to match customer business requirements with tailored solution
  • Utilise various techniques to strategically influence our buyers and increase the value of sales opportunities and build the sales pipeline as new solutions emerge from the process
  • Perform technical pre-sales support for potential customers to develop mastery of the NAVEX One platform, including proposal development and assessments and prototype system configuration for specified audiences
  • Evaluate existing systems, processes and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practice application of NAVEX solutions in a creative manner
What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience, consulting, support or software solution implementation
  • Professional fluency in German
  • Previous experience with SaaS delivery models, industry experience or knowledge of GRC would strongly support your success
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong ability to listen, learn and assimilate new information quickly to get things done; we have a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Strong project and time management skills, and scoping experience
  • Ability to approach, recognise and anticipate process and operational challenges and effectively identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to participate effectively with a team and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
  • The starting pay for this role is £60,000 per annum and the target variable pay for this role is £10,000. The target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
  • Pay progression is based on performance.
