About the jobThe London Fire Brigade are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant on a temporary 3 month basis. The postholder will be required to work full time in the office, based in Hammersmith,for the beginning of the assignment, before transitioning to a hybrid workingmodel.Key responsibilities Managing inbox in timely manner and answering phone calls Using the companys database to upload/access information Filing documents following provided guidelines Running excel reports Dealing with enquiries from the general public and internal staff, including senior management Assisting fire stations with administrative tasks Notes and minutes taking desirable but not essential Adhoc administrationSkills, knowledge, and experience Organisational skills, able to prioritise workload, working under deadlines Previous admin experience, working in an office environment Computer savvy, especially Microsoft excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word Comfortable working with figures, attention to detail Good written communication Working as part of a team Data protection policy awareness
