Job Description

Fintelligent is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join an award-winning insurance company located in Preston Brook. This full-time customer service role comes with a salary of up to £20,000 plus an annual discretionarybonus and excellent benefits.As a committed and collaborative Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining an organisation that has won the "Investor in People - Gold Award", which is a remarkable achievement for any company to have. Your role will be to take inbound calls from customers looking to sign up for their insurance or cancel their policy. Working hoursfor this position are Monday to Friday from 8:45 am - 5:30 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.As a Customer Service Advisor role, you can expect to:

Be the first point of contact for all enquiries whilst going above and beyond for each customer
Handle inbound customer enquiries for insurance quotations
Send online enquiries to clients who had a policy or quotation previously
Produce sales quotations, bring in new business and renew existing clients policies
Be a brand ambassador for the organisation and stand by its values and 5-star trust pilot status

To apply for this customer service job, you should have experience working in a target-guided, telephone-based sales or retention role as a Sales Executive, Retentions Advisor, Telesales or similar. You should also be able to deliver first-class customerservice and have excellent punctuality with a good work ethic.In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a salary of £19k-£20k and the following benefits:
