The role Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide high-quality tutorial support and assessment for learners undertaking ILM and CMI leadership and management qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3.We will develop you to eventually provide training, tutorial support, and assessment at Level 4 and Level 5, and also in other subject areas such as Coaching and Equality.We are confident that the right candidate will gain a huge sense of achievement from supporting leaders and managers to achieve their qualification, progress at work, and lead their teams in a way that delivers benefits for everyone. Key responsibilities

  • Uphold the Keystone values at all times.
  • Deliver awarding organisation mandatory inductions, both virtual and face-to-face.
  • Register learners onto their qualification via the awarding organisation portal.
  • Provide individual and group tutorial support to learners via support calls and meetings, offering advice, guidance, and subject matter tuition.
  • Mark written assignments.
  • Conduct and record Professional Discussions as an alternative to written assignments.
  • Create assessment plans and alternative assessment methods in line with assessment criteria to meet awarding body requirements and learner needs.
  • Work closely with our associate trainers as a subject matter expert to ensure their delivered programme content is aligned with the awarding organisation requirements.
  • Manage the attendance tracking and progress recording for all your learners.
  • Attend virtual and face-to-face client review meetings with the Keystone account manager to provide progress updates to clients.
  • Support the Keystone Quality Assurance Manager with quality assurance and compliance processes, procedures, and audit preparation.
Minimum experience and qualifications Additional or higher-level qualifications in relevant subject areas such as management at Level 5, coaching at Level 3 or Level 5, Equality at Level 4 equivalent, and Internal Quality Assurance will attract the higher end of the salary band.
  • Occupational competence in management at Level 3 or higher.
  • An assessor qualification.
Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with a variety of people whilst maintaining professionality regardless of the method of communication - phone, online meeting, email, face-to-face, or letter.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including awareness of personal impact on others and ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient using all functions within Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work alone, maintaining focus and pace.
  • Ability to plan ahead, manage tasks, and meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Other requirements
  • The role is home-based.
  • Requirement to attend internal and external meetings as needed.
  • Willingness to travel UK-wide, including Northern Ireland.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
