Sales Consultant / telemarketer - European industry leader - Permanent - Rubery (B45) - Immediate start - Training provided - £24,000 basic plus performance related bonusAbout the business:We are delighted to be retained by an industry leading company with HQ in Finland that operates in 24 countries and has been established in excess of 170 years to recruit for a Sales Consultant / Telemarketer to join them at their modern Rubery office, closeto Junction 4 of the M5.The company operate within the textile industry and provide specialist kit to a very broad range of customers, typically within the manufacturing, Engineering, Assembly and Motor sectors (however this list is not exhaustive because their products have so manyuses!) and whilst theyve been established for such a long time, theyre on the hunt for 2 sales consultant / telemarketers to join their existing small team.About the role:The role of Sales Consultant / Telemarketer is an important one within the company because this team is responsible for opening new doors with new potential customers. A typical day in the role will involve a range of duties such as researching new potentialcustomers via various means, contacting decision makers and arranging appointments for their large field sales team to attend, demonstrate the products and ultimately close the sale. Customer contact is typically made via telephone however email and writtencommunication isnt uncommon either.About the recruit:Successful Sales Consultants / Telemarketers come from all walks of life - experience isnt the most important thing here, its about the person!
