Job Description

Customer Service / TelesalesTemporary to PermanentHalesowenWeek 1 Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Week 2 Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm - Friday 8am-2pm £21K-23K We are searching for an organised self-starter to join our clients Customer Services / Sales team in Halesowen.Above all we are looking for a great, fun person; they are a positive and friendly team who support each other, and are looking at add to this team dynamic with this vacancy.   • Reports to the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
  • Working with our Digital Marketing to increase sales.
  • Process quotations and sales orders from our customers.
  • Upselling and promoting our products to increase business.
  • Using solid technical advice, provide an informed sales pitch to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provides excellent after sales service aiming for all customers to be 100% satisfied with their order and reaches out to invite customers to leave positive feedback through review platforms.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Maximise business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending group meetings.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
