Job Description

A family run independent Opticians based in Halesowen, West Midlands are looking for a full time Opticians Practice Manager to lead the team.Practice Manager - The Role

  • Community based independent
  • Mixed patient base
  • Single testing room
  • Tests 3-4 days a week
  • Managing a team of 3-4 people
  • Hands on in all areas of the practice
  • Focus on the customer experience
  • Excellent selection of stylish frames
  • Help with a planned practice relocation
  • Assist in growing and developing the business
  • Full time - 5 days a week including Saturdays
  • Working hours between 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Sat)
  • No Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • Salary between £23,000 to £28,000 depending on experience and qualification
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays and birthday
  • Further training available
Practice Manager - Requirements
  • Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician
  • Experienced Optical Assistants and Optical Managers will also be considered
  • Perfect for someone looking to take their first step into management as you will have plenty of support and training
  • Passionate about optics
  • Hungry to learn
  • Self-motivated
  • Focus on customer service
