Job Title: Office Manager / School AdministratorJob Type: Temporary (3 - 6 month contract)Pay: £11.70 - £14.63 per hourLocation: HalesowenStart Date: ImmediatelyWe are delighted to be recruiting for an established education provider located within the Halesowen area to appoint a highly efficient and experienced Office Manager / School Administrator.The post is temporary 3 - 6 month contract, full time hours (8.30am-4:00pm) Monday to Friday and an immediate start is available for the successful individual. Duties and responsibilities: - To be first point of contact for the Headteacher, ensuring effective and efficient communications within the school and with external stakeholders. To provide leadership and management to the Admin & Resources Team, including leading the professional development and performance management of the team. Planning improvements to and prioritising and delegation of the administrative teams work. To oversee and ensure the smooth running of the schools communications, school calendar, reception, resources, postal, telephones, stationery and hospitality facilities. To support marketing the school and the development and preparation of the school prospectus. Administration of exclusions, including collation of reports, parental letters, Local Authority Forms, minute meetings and provide exclusions data. Handle issues, on the Headteachers behalf, often dealing with items of a sensitive or confidential nature. To manage the organisation of school events such as Open Evenings, Presentation Evenings and Local Governing Body meetings and elections.Key Requirements:
