Role: Marketing ManagerContract: PermanentSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on your experienceI am currently have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to devise and oversee the offline and online marketing plan, making informed strategic decisions based on data analysis.Responsible for driving traffic to the website through PPC, SEO, emails, CRM and social media, as well as physical events and trade shows. Managing eCRM activity with the marketing team, undertaking customer and competitor analysis, creating commerciallysuccessful website offers, and budgetary management.Duties and Responsibilities for the Marketing ManagerStrategic planning for all digital content, campaign plans, and physical marketing activities Oversee implementation of the plan through campaign programmes Deliver value adding sales generating/brand building activity Manage SEM/PPC online campaigns to help drive awareness, purchase, and retention of products Work with the Marketing team to develop multi-channel/integrated marketing campaigns Utilise website analytics and business reports to monitor site/campaign performance providing analysis and evaluation Use innovative technologies to bring online content to customers and prospects Develop engaging communication content from market research, customer insight, competitor analysis and technological innovation Ensure that the design and content of the websites is correctly branded, relevant, compelling, and is optimised to attract traffic and generate sales Working to agreed budgets with approved suppliers ensuring the prompt delivery of materials/promotional products Organising marketing activities for promotional events such as trade shows/exhibitions Creating briefs/scripts and organising photography/videography Overseeing design and production of catalogues Skills / Attributes Required for the Marketing ManagerEducated to Degree level or similar marketing qualification Previous experience in digital marketing, multi-channel/integrated marketing, web analytics Proven experience in managing digital content, and marketing activities for physical events Ability to carry out complex planning and organisation Ability to use first class industry tools for managing, measuring, monitoring, and analysis/reporting on the effectiveness of digital activities A keen eye for detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines
