Job Description

HR RecruitmentAdministratorReed Birmingham are working with a well-established higher education institution looking for an enthusiastic HR RecruitmentAdministrator with a can-do attitude, to work within their main offices just outside of Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional that Is looking to get hands-onexperience in a booming and supportive workplace.As a HR RecruitmentAdministrator, you will be undertaking a range of

  • Use internal systems (e.g. Civica)
  • Be the main point of contact for the recruitment and selection process.
  • To ensure all recruitment related documentation (both paper and electronic) are stored logically and within the requirements of the data protection policy.
  • Administration of maternity and paternity policies including meeting with employees to discuss entitlements, administration of letters and liaison with payroll.
  • To always maintain GDPR compliance.
You will be joining a small sized team on a permanent in an office basis, West of Birmingham in their main offices.Ideal candidate:
  • Experience working within a HR setting
  • Experience of handling recruitment administration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • High level of IT skills e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
Package and benefits:
  • £20,500-21,550depending on experience (Grade Dchance for progression)
