Maintaining order information and providing knowledgeable support for assigned products. Processing debit and credit payments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing customer service needs and referring to other service or technical departments
  • Responding to customer inquiries by email or telephone and providing resolutions
  • Utilising customer relationship application or database to record activities and researching product information
  • Promoting products and services
  • Communicating information to customers
  • Gathering information and confirming sales
Desirable skills:
  • Experience in an office based Administration, Customer Service or similar
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in working with Engineers or dealing with installations
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office skills
  • Proactive nature
