Full leading industry training will be provided so you dont need experience but what you will need is to bemotivated, resilient, and able to build relationships with people!What would I be doing day to day Building relationships with candidates providing them with an excellent experience at the beginning of the process. Supporting the Directors with the beginning to end recruitment process Updating our database, screening candidates Proactively search, attract, and shortlist candidates using all necessary tools available including online job boards.What we offer you Competitive basic salary, starting off at £18,000, increasing to £20,000 after three months, with a realistic OTE of £35,000 in your first year. Rising in year two. Uncapped commission, we have been told our commission structure is one of the best around.
