Job Description

Junior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager Basic salary up to £28k dependent on experience.Candidates must be highly orgranised and have some experience within mortgage administration. Knowledge of BTL lending a distinct advantage.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager to join a very successful mortgage brokerage specialising in BTL and Bridging Finance solutions.You will be working closely in a small team providing support to the team of Specialist Mortgage Brokers, submitting mortgage applications and following through to completion stage.Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals.Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer.
  • Experience of keying mortgage applications.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum 6 months mortgage administration experience.
  • Experience of administering BTL and / or Bridging Finance cases advantageous
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
