Job Description

Finance OfficerPinpoint Resourcing are working with a great education business based in East London. This business are growing their site portfolio and are looking to employ a Finance Officer to support the team. This person must be able to work in the office (flexiblehours possible) and have experience with transactional finance.Duties:

  • Ensure all purchase/supplier queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Make sure protocol is followed for the procurement of goods in the business
  • Process POs and sales invoices
  • Process expenses
  • Ensure receipts are correctly recorded and banked accurately
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support senior finance members with any additional ad-hoc tasks
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in transactional finance
  • Industry experience will be a huge advantage
  • Someone who can work in a fast paced environment
Salary + additional information
  • £25,000-£28,000
  • Office based (flexible hours)
