Programme Director (Sexual Assault Referral Services)Fixed term 2 years/secondment for existing NHS Wales EmployeesThe NHS Wales Collaborative is seeking to appoint a Programme Director to provide visionary leadership to the development and delivery of sexual assault services in Wales.Following extensive work by health boards, police forces, Police and Crime Commissioners, in partnership with the third sector, a new service model has been agreed for the delivery of sexual assault referral services in South Wales, Dyfed Powys and Gwent. This will provide a more integrated service that is driven by the needs of service users and supports the provision of services that meet clinical, forensic, quality and safety standards and guidance, and ensures robust governance arrangements.Programme oversight and leadership for this important and complex multi-agency service change and improvement is to be led by the NHS Wales Health Collaborative. The Collaborative supports health boards and NHS trusts, and works with other national NHS organisations, in the delivery of specified areas of work that require an all-Wales focusThe Programme Director is a pivotal senior leadership position. You will develop strong and close relationships with health, policing, criminal justice and Welsh Government and other services across Wales to provide cross-sector strategic direction, leadership and support on the delivery and improvement of sexual assault services in Wales.
