Job Description

Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Grimsby Salary: 30k - 40k The roleHunter Mason Consulting has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator for a Building company working within the commercial, Residential, refurbishment heritage and industrial Sector in Grimsby.As a Project Coordinator, you will be assisting and coordinating the logistics and workflow of various projects, to ensure completion within pre-determined time frames and to agreed standards and quality.Main duties and responsibilities

  • Looking after scheduling for contracts
  • Booking appointments and scheduling
  • Inputting job information into workflow system
  • Ensuring accuracy of billing invoices
  • Dealing with customer/tenant queries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of timely and accurate reports
  • Creation of Excel based reports.
  • Helping with general administrative tasks
  • Supporting the creation of quotes and jobs
  • Escalating issues to the Managers promptly
  • Regular meetings with Project Managers to discuss progress and deadlines.
  • Building relationships with clients and meeting their expectations
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Desire to progress
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer project management software and hardware
  • Determination and persistence
  • The ability to trust their intuition with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
