A large, nationwide electrical wholesaler is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their business in Grimsby. They are a well-established, forward-thinking industry leader who offer excellent opportunitiesfor career development and progression.Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Area Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Being at the forefront of representing the company and building strong relationships with customers
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Meeting sales targets and increasing the profitability of the business
Presenting, communicating and negotiating with a wide range of customers
Having autonomy over managing your own customer accounts and diary

RequirementsTo be successful in this Area Sales Manager role, you should be:

An experienced salesperson (internal or external)
Ideally from an electrical wholesale background or similar (wholesale/distribution industries e.g. contractors, builders merchant, plumbing and heating, etc.)
An excellent communicator and relationship builder
Ambitious and results-driven
Entrepreneurial with the ability to capitalise on opportunities
