This might be at home, on site, at our office located in Boston or Grimsby, or somewhere else!About the Planner role:As ourPlanner,you will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with both the Customer Contract Centre, Multi-skilled Operatives and Trade Supervisors whilst always operating in accordance with departmental practices,standing orders, financial processes and regulations to enable the department to achieve its objectives in terms of time, cost and quality of service.What benefits will I get from working for Lincolnshire Housing Partnership

What will I be asked to do as a Planner
  • Scheduling trade resources to maximise productivity and ensure efficiency
  • Scheduling and issuing various specialist work utilising LHPs approved contractors
  • Monitoring emergency orders to ensure they are dispatched and attended to within priority timescales
  • Rescheduling follow on works and reallocating work across engineers where required
  • Ensuring all work is closed correctly and tasks are completed
  • Ensuring contractor orders are closed promptly allowing for payments to be processed
  • Ensuring certificates, forms, permits and any other documentation is received and uploaded to EDRMS
  • Working closely with Supervisors to review and adjust trade resources and highlight any productivity issues
  • Keeping Supervisors apprised of any issues negatively impacting on productivity i.e. materials sourcing, tools, PPE etc
  • Taking internal and external customer calls and queries
  • Assist the Planning Team Leader with data contributing to reports for the Property Services Management Team, Senior Management Team and Board
What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Planner
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications to produce a range of documents to a high standard using a variety of software packages
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or as part of a team
  • Customer focused with a commitment to exceptional service delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail.
