Manufacturing Operativestemporary roles.Meridian Business Support are in partnership with Dunlop Oil & Marine Limited, based in Grimsby part of the Global Continental Group. They are recognised as a world leading Hose Manufacturing business supplying to all major oil and marine companies worldwideand due to an increase in orders, they are now looking to recruit additional members to their existing successful team.It would be advantageous if the candidate has previous experience in working within a busy hose shop, supporting technicians and hose builders, however this is absolutely not essential. This role may suit individuals that are mechanically biased or have somepractical machine operator experience within a manufacturing or building environment. A Counterbalance FLT Licence would also be advantageous or experience operating cranes.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and full training will be given. You will be working a 2 Days 2 Nights Continental rotating shift pattern based on 12 hours shifts making a 48hrs per week and potential overtime.Pay Rates -Starting Grade - £10.00 per hour plus a shift allowance of £3.18 per hour when working these shifts. This will increase after a successful 12 weeks training programme to £10.47 plus shift allowance. Further salary increases possible with additional on thejob skills training.
