Job Description

Full Load Export Operations/AdministratorImminghamUp to £27,000 paChase and Holland are delighted to be assisting a large logistics business who are looking to expand its team with a dynamic Full Load Export Operations/Administrator. This is an opportunity to secure a position with a highly successful business that has continued to celebrate success and build a powerful reputation in its industry.Package & Benefits:

  • Holidays start at 20 days plus bank holidays which will increase up to 25 days with length of service

Full Load Export Operations/Administrator responsibilities:
  • Export operations and Exports administration
  • Customer Service
  • Issue sales invoices to customers according to agreements
  • Check and pass purchase orders
  • Take bookings and create in internal software
  • Liaise with Transport Planner and shipping lines
  • Complete Export Customs Clearances
  • Complete Export Transit Documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Customer focussed with determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
  • IT literate
  • Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan whilst responding quickly to changing workloads
  • A confident and approachable person
  • Previous experience of using software such as Descartes/Destin8
