Job Description

Electrical EngineerNorth East Lincolnshire£45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits & BonusAlecto Recruitment are currently working with a Large Power Generation Company, who are looking to expand their Engineering Team.We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer with Power Generation Experience to work on a Monday to Friday basis based on a CCGT in North East Lincolnshire.Job BriefTo support the Engineering Team with all Operational Electrical Engineering.During this role, you will be required to;

  • Hands-On Heavy Industrial Work.
  • Working on 11kv switchgear motors and distribution system
  • Provide advice and expertise on the current running of the plant when requested.
  • Comply with all health and safety to the highest standard.
  • Monitor performance and standards on shift.
  • Assist Management and Supervisors with plant running.
  • Carry out preventative, responsive and pre-planned maintenance.
  • Complete work on Controls Systems and PLCs.
  • Use CMMS Systems to comply with existing site procedures.
Requirements
  • MUST hold either 17th or 18th Edition.
  • Ideally hold a HNC, Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Should have completed an Apprenticeship within Engineering.
  • Proven experience within Heavy Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience within a Waste, Recycling, Power or Process plant Facility.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Controls Systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Package Details
  • Salary is around £45,000 a year.
  • This role is worked on a Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime available.
  • This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and a clear progression route within the company.
