Compound DriverGrimsby DN31 1HBGI Group are currently recruiting for both full and part time drivers to work between Monday to Sunday.The role will involve the movement of brand new unregistered vehicles between car compounds and parking up ready for their next movement. There is also Discharge work available to which you will be given training for, this is taking the vehicles off the ships.There is a range of Automatic, Manual and Electric vehicles on site. The rates for the Driver role are as follows; please note breaks are paid at £10.42Monday to Friday DAY £10.42phMonday to Friday NIGHT £11.17phFriday 10PM - Monday 6AM - £12.50phDriver Responsibilities: Be aware of and observe all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental best practice standards at all times. Ensure that all cars you are instructed to move are done so safely, following all procedures and instructions given. Wear all protective clothing given to you to ensure your safety, safety of others and site policy. Follow the site speed limits at all times, failing to do will lead to being removed off site. Driver Required Skills: Enthusiastic, reliable and punctual Good attitude to work and learn new skillsDriver Benefits: Free Parking on site. PPE - All PPE provided to you is free of charge but must be returned if you leave the agency. Holiday Entitlement.Essentials: Full UK driving licence (Category B), held for 1+ years. Must be 22+ years of age due to insurance. Licence to have a maximum of 3 points on licence, no more.
