Job Description

Costings Manager - Grimsby – Up to £45,000Chase & Holland are proud to once again be partnering this international business who are looking to recruit a driven Costings Manager to join their dynamic Commercial Finance & Business Performance team. This is a great role which will enable the successful candidate the opportunity to really put their stamp on the role and will receive exceptional exposureto the wider business.In Return You’ll Receive:

Reporting to the Director of Business Performance, the Costings Manager responsibilities will include:
  • Product costing for new and existing products
  • Building and maintaining the costing models and bills of material
  • Providing crucial information on product costs, including a “what if” analysis and advising the best course of action to the business
  • Business partnering with New Product Development to assess the cost implications on products
  • Business partnering with the Commercial BP to ensure understanding of costings to give the best view for tenders and new business
  • Evaluating raw material alternatives and advising on the cost impacts of these options in comparison to existing raw material and recommend best use
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified Accountant or strong finalist or QBE
  • Understanding of FMCG sector
  • Ability to manage a small team and uphold standards in the way of working
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Power BI knowledge beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
