They employ managers who look to make their own decisions, shape their own branches and are looking for a dynamic professional forGrimsby.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to head up the team. The team is focused on Industrial and unskilled roles and works across the wider region. They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can inspire, coach and mentor.You will be tasked with the full day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example for the branch to grow. The team will need to be supervised, trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven manager. This will be a hands-onrole where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. You will have full P&L responsibility and will be expected to take full charge and run the branch as if this reallywas your own business.The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment but would also suit a Senior Consultant looking for a step up.Previous managerial experience within a focused, targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.Apply in confidence
